Integrated Help Files 
Each of our software products has an integrated Help file to support customers use of our software. The Help files provide step-by-step instructions for performing basic functions (e.g., creating new records, finding/sorting records, printing). They also describe the purpose of each file as well as how to create special reports, letters with merged data, etc.

We assist customers via phone or email with installation and/or troubleshooting user issues for our software. We also offer personalized, interactive Tutorials (via phone or skype) to assist customers in getting maximum value from our software.

Electronic Delivery and Data Transfer
To speed software delivery and the transfer of data, we can provide a secure website for file/data transfer.
● If you need to send us your files for a Version Upgrade or Data Conversion, we can provide a link to a secure website for file transfer.
● If you prefer to transfer your files via an alternate method, we’ll work with your IT staff using your preferred method.

Support_DataRecovreyData Recovery Services
Healthwealth offers Data Recovery Services for customers who have damaged files and are unable to access their data. Although we are often able to recover data from corrupted files, recovery depends on the type and degree of corruption. Thus, successful recovery can not be guaranteed.
